IstaD'Armitan

Those are the words emblazoned in the filigree above the gate. In Tyberanese, your guide tells you, it means House of Armitanis. You continue through the gates, unhindered by the two stout guards on watch there. Your crimson-cloaked guide leads you onward...

You make your way across the verdant forward grounds. You see the occasional gardener, or stableman, but nothing else. It is so silent here, yet it seems alive with unseen life. Your guide looks around this place, his eyes softening a bit. He turns back to you, another warning upon his lips, "Mind you, Lord Armitanis is not hostile to Outsiders, but the Lady Armitanis is not so open-minded. So your welcome will be rather lop-sided."

You continue on to the mansion itself, and your guide goes up to knock on the door. It is opened by a tall, muscular Tyberan whose green eyes very much resemble those of your guide. He smiles, opening his arms wide.

"Katja!" he exclaims, hugging your guide, "You've been away far too long."

Your guide pushes back her hood, smiling, "I know, Father. For that I apologize, but I've brought a friend..." she gestures to you.

"Well, both of you come in...make yourselves at home."

With that her father leaves, and she looks back at you, "That was my father, Garador Armitanis."

You continue on into the mansion, Katja drawing her hood back up. The first room you enter is a large foyer, the floors are red tiles marblized with gold; the signature colors of IstaD'Armitan. As you stand there in the entry hall, a thin Tyberan woman with pinched, bitter features enters, gifting you with a scathing glance. She mutters something in her own tongue, but when you look to Katja, she only shakes her head and looks at you, her eyes prompting you to make a decision. There are several doors to choose from...
